When creating a new sync account the validity of the email is not checked.

Environment Used:
Firefox 24.1 ESR
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:24.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/24.0
Build Id:20131021230807
OS: Windows 7 x64

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Firefox using a new Profile.
2. Tool-> Set Up Sync...
3. Create a New Account
4. Enter an nonexistent email address that respects the email format.
5. In the remaining fields enter valid data.
6. Finish the setup wizard.

Expected:
You are prompted with an error stating that the email used is invalid.

Actual:
The account is successfully created.
This is by design in the current version, so resolving this.

The next version of Sync will be authenticated via Firefox Account, which does verify emails.
