In locations, we need more spare between Remote Working and the "A better Web provides..." paragraph so the latter can appear by itself as you scroll down on all desktop screen size.

Fix bug 931925: More space above locations tagline.
Added more padding. Also moved declaration into desktop media query since we don't see it at tablet size.
