Slowly shrink the width of a browser window.

Results: the location bar keeps getting shorter, but everything else maintains
its width. Once the location bar can't get any shorter (it now shows two icons
but none of the URL), the throbber starts to scrolls off, and then the print
button scrolls off.

Expected: the throbber should scroll off as soon as the location bar is showing
about 40 characters. When my browser window is small, the throbber and print
button are probably not as important to me as the location bar, and the Go and
Search buttons are useless without being able to see the location bar.

Fixing this bug might make it so that at 640x480, with the default button set,
you can't see the throbber. But I think being able to see what web site you are
at is worth it, and not that many people use 640x480 any more :)

Communicator never hides the throbber, although to emulate this behaviour might
require some recoding of toolbar bindings.
