the CTR app does not seem to be optimized for the 4" helix phones.   White borders are present during gameplay.   See screenshot

One suggestion to quick improvement, is to blacken the white borders, so it looks and feels more like the bevel of the device?  

Repro:
1) install 20131026043155 base image from HW. 
2) launch CTR
3) Verify white borders on both sides of the screen during gameplay.

Expected:
- optimize app to fit the whole 4" screen

ActuaL:
- doesnt fit the whole screen.

CTR is not included in preloaded apps list in bug 914767. Removing the dependency.

Implemented suggestions of blackening background and hide the closing door effect from being visible outside the game stage. Need to upload new build on Marketplace after notifying Zeptolabs.

The latest build on the marketplace includes the black bar fix after being approved by Zepto. Closing.
