Details

It would be useful to be able to disable CSS (cascading style sheets), in the
same way as you could in Netscape 4.7.

There are some sites whose stylesheets render them unviewable under certain
conditions, and of course, if a developer is building a standards compliant
website, it would be useful to see what it's like without CSS enabled.
