Attachment: LogCat of Music playing while Alarm active

When user sets an alarm to activate while an audio file is playing on device, the alarm does not consistently mute the audio file instantly. There is a 1-2 second delay before music mutes while within the Music App.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to COM BuildID: 20131025004000
2) Have audio file playing from within Music App
3) Tap Clock app 
4) Tap Alarm icon
5) Set Alarm to time before audio file ends playing and press done
6) Tap Homescreen button
7) Tap Music App


Actual:
When alarm is activated, audio file plays for 1-2 seconds while alarm sounds then audio file mutes

Expected:
When alarm is activated, audio file mutes instantly
