The current Socorro installation doc only mentions monitor (running without crashmover or hbase). Since monitor is now deprecated, we need to adjust the doc to describe rabbitmq as a required dependency, and give examples for running crashmover+processor configured to use it (still avoiding hbase, filesystem storage only).
