Details

Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks supports a new low power (and high latency) audio mode. This needs to be disabled when we need low latency for Web AUdio. It can be enabled when playing audio streams through the <audio> tag. https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/technotes/tn2321/_index.html
