As part of our joint developer outreach, existing developer accounts for the Firefox Marketplace should be transferred into Developer Program memberships.
We should then notify all those users that their accounts have become Developer Program memberships, for free (!), with extra benefits on what they already have (but no obligations).

The idea is to have a single sign-on solution (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932708), so all developer account, info and settings will be in one place. Initially, a Developer Program membership is mostly about uniting what we have, with: - Editing the MDN wiki - Submitting apps to the Marketplace - Getting the newsletter (opt-in) Then we will wok hard on expanding this offer with more benefits and possibilities.
