Hi I've managed to reproduce the bug only on Windows 8.1 x86 and Vista x86.
I reproduced this bug during the Firefox 26 Beta 1 testing. That testing was focused on Breakpad, Click-to-Play Plugins, Session Restore, MP3 playback.
I tried reproducing the same bug on a different Windows 8.1 x86 machine using a clean installation of:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0
Build Id: 20131028225529
and didn't reproduce the bug. I even performed again the Beta 1 testing in order to find what actual produces the bug, but without success.
Thanks Catalin. Bumping this down to unconfirmed until we have confirmable steps to reproduce. If you don't find steps in the next couple of weeks lets just close this bug as incomplete.
