Sorry, didn't really know what category to put this under. When the mail client is loaded, the first time "reply to sender" it selected a new window is loaded for the reply, but that window remains blank with "document done" , no sender no subject, no previous message nothing! Jon
What build are you using? This sounds like a duplicate of a fixed bug... will mark it a duplicate, and if you still have a problem with a current build you can reopen with more detail. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 86966 ***
