933000 - Increase Visibility Of Arrows On Careers Gallery

We are concerned that the careers "what makes us gallery" arrows are not prominent enough and that the discover-ability of the additional images is being hampered.

We would like to try increase the prominence of the arrows to see if this eliminates this problem.

Attached is a screenshot of the larger buttons. The right button is demonstrating the hover state.

Can you let us know if this adequately solves the discover-ability problem?

Hey Ben,
I still think some gentle panning would be a more elegant way of exposing the other images but changing the arrows will definitely help so let's start with this.

On a related, low priority note, I think the scroll could be made a bit smoother when you click on the arrows. I personally find it a bit jarring. Not sure how people feel about this? I can file a separate bug if that helps.

Please do file a sep bug for scrolling. We want to keep bugs atomic.

Fix Bug 933000 Gallery Buttons

Made them bigger, opaque, and gave them a drop shadow. Needs to be evaluated by people who know more about design than I do.
