93301 - Some images don't load until they are scrolled into view

Some images don't load until they are visible, until the user scrolled the page
to a point where those images are visible.

What happens then, as if it wasn't enough, is that mozilla download those
images, but leave "Transferring data from buzz.builder.com" in the status bar,
and progression meter shows up as full, but they never update to "Document:
Done" and empty progress meter.

This happens also when you CTRL+click or "rightclick->Open link in new window" a
link, and switch windows, without seeing the page load. When you come back, some
images will start load the moment you switch.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://buzz.builder.com/
2. Scroll down (preferably with PgDown), until you see box "builder buzz: To
post a message in the Buzz, you must REGISTER and LOG IN. Search, Help, etc"

Actual Results:  You'll see that the images surrounding the box will start to
load from the server.

Expected Results:  They actually should be loaded by now.

confirming, I see this on Win98SE build 2001080603

Even after throbber stops, once I scroll down, the images load.

wfm using build 2001110103 on Win2k.

Reporter, can you try latest nightly build and report if problem still occurs ?

Yes, I can still reproduce it with the latest build, id: 2001110203, Win98.
