Description:
After a receives a file via Bluetooth that it cannot handle, the user sees a blank black screen instead of an error page when an attempt to open the file is made.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131025004000
2) Pair via Bluetooth to another device that has files the device cannot process.
3) Send a file that the device cannot handle (eg a .flv file) to the device.
4) After the transfer completes, tap the notification that appears.
5) Observe the page that loads.

Actual:
A blank black screen appears.

Expected:
An error message appears stating that the file cannot be opened and/or played due to being an unknown type.
