93306 - Can not finish loading if a new message has this attaching html file here

Build: 07-27 Branch build.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch browser and open Mail.
2. I got a mail with an attached html file (I'll attach it later) by discuss
some other problem.
3. But when I click on this message, it will never finish loading, I have to
click on Stop in order to finish it.
4. I can see the attachment icon, and when I save it to local, I can open it
from Browser and Composer with no problem.

I can reproduce it by sending a mail with this attachment to myself.

Please change the component if it is not a Networking problem.

Yuying, I took the attached html and saved it to my desktop.  I then sent it to
myself and retrieved the message.  It finished loading.  I used trunk build
20011213 on win xp.  Note: the attachment when viewed, is somewhat different so
I'm not even sure what you attached to this bug is complete.  Can you try this
again with a current build and the attachment in this bug to see if it's not
loading and update this bug.  Thanks

Yes, seems the original problem is not existing any more - I don't see it on
12-14 trunk build / WinXP and 12-13 trunk build / WinME.
