* Description:
This problem happens on v1.3 build(M-C).
If you play a RTSP streaming and try to seed the video, the video will keep loading the streaming and cannot continue to play RTSP streaming.
* Reproduction steps:
1. Play a RTSP streaming. You can use FxOS browser to open the following page.
- https://rawgithub.com/William-Hsu/TestApp_RTSP/master/index.html
2. Seek the video while playing
* Expected result:
User can seek the RTSP streaming
* Actual result:
The page keeps loading the RTSP streaming
