* Description:
  This problem happens on v1.3 build (M-C).
  As user story mentioned, 
  "As an operator partner, I would like the Browser to launch the streaming media client automatically
    if a URL with streaming protocol qualifier is activated.
    Example: RTSP URI is  recognized and will start the video player if clicked."

  Now, I cannot launch a media client to play RTSP streaming via URL bar.

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Launch the browser
  2. Input the following URI on the URL bar and tap enter key
     - rtsp://184.72.239.149/vod/mp4:BigBuckBunny_115k.mov

* Expected result:
  FxOS launches a media client to play RTSP streaming

* Actual result:
  FxOS doesn't have any response

* Reproduction build:(V1.3)
