Like in Bug 933410, after the tests for Bug 931045 are written, we'll want to run the set of performance tests and gather the RSS/memory dump information.

This bug is to track the setting up of a jenkins instance where these tests can run, and to set up posting of the RSS size information to datazilla or some other tracker.
