93367 - Different QA's for each component depending on the platform

Currently I'm QA on the Mozilla Installer for the Windows platform. But I still 
get all the bugs set up default to me, even though that they are not reported 
on the Windows platform.
I've heard that that's not possible in bugzilla.

So basiclly I'd like to bugzilla to support different QA's for each component 
depending on the platform.

If a installer bug is reported being a problem on Mac or Linux the QA should be 
[e-mail] if it's on Win* I'm the one...

What about a generic "onsubmit" handler (= a post-process routine)?

The pseudo-code for this one would be something like

if action=enter_bug 
   and component=Installer 
   and rep_platform not regexp "^Win" 
then
   set qa_contact="[e-mail]"

Reassigning all of my "future" targetted bugs to indicate that I'm not presently
working on them, and someone else could feel free to work on them. (sorry for
the spam if you got this twice, it didn't take right the first time)
