We should also likely update the sutagent for Android x86 Emu. I think this will involve creating a new system.img for the avd definition...which might impact bug 919812.

Ok I don't see any blockers from staging sense here. The few retries I saw were from the SUTAgent upgrade itself, which are common when we upgrade it, and about average in terms of % retries for other jobs.
We'll only see anything additional once this is in production, and not before.
