STR:
1. Launch the Music app and pick a song from the "Songs" category. Being playing the song.
2. Hit the home button.
3. Pull down the notifications tray

Expected: Previous and forward buttons would work
Actual: The controls do not take me to the next or previous song.

The controls do work properly when I use them in the music app.

This now works fine. I tested using the initial STR in Comment 0 - Play and Pause buttons work, as do the next and previous controls.
