Steps to reproduce:

1. Start / Restart Nightly.
2. Choose to 'Restore Session'
3. Window loads Tabs


Actual results:

'Restored' Tabs display the favicon of the page they Where, but display the title (text) New Tab, the page is Blank (NOT about:newtab content) and the url (navigation, address bar) is Blank except for the chrome text 'search history'.

The page that Was in the tab and is represented by the favicon is NOT in browse history or in history > closed tabs... No where, as if it had Not been viewed.

Also, if I restart, another tab or two display the same issue. This is true for Each Successive Restart.

This has been true since the second days update to Nightly 28.x


Expected results:

the content of the tab (url, page, etc) should display and the page should be in history as having been visited.

Notice, each favicon represents a site, but the tab text is 'New Tab' and there is No url (address) and No history (back / forward), No entry in history as having been visited recently. Old history prior to today, yesterday or this week.

I've noticed something else this week that might be related to 'history'
I can load a Bookmark and right click on it 'bookmark this page' and it does Not show as previously bookmarked.
Again, I've just loaded it from bookmarks and it can be a full url (not an active url of /?=id=xxxx active or changing db, php, asp etc type url)

Getting Worse. Just updated Nightly and MOST Tabs are EMPTY.
NO url, 
NO page content.
NO history
only favicon

very annoying, no one has been assigned this bug report.

updated Nightly, Shut down. 10 minutes latter i Started Nightly.
Most tabs in 3 windows Empty except for favicon

the number of tabs that are blank with title 'New Tab', no content and no url, again, progressively worse with each restart

SessionStore.sqlite Empty or corrupt.
Renamed sessionstore.sqlite > *.bak
FF does Not recreate sessionstore.sqlite
FF Will NOT ReStore tabs (url's) in Any window, other than the first (main, primary) window.
This is NOT good.

fyi: there is No sessionstore.json (i've seen references to it, but does not exist. Documentation at mozilla underwhelming).

in response to the suggestion at MozillaZine / Builds that it could be an Add-on.
I disabled these Add-ons while troubleshooting sessions not being fully restored (tabs load as 'New Tab' w/o content or url)

After disabeling these, I Quite and Started FF (instead of 'Restart Now')...
I had 3 windows open and all three restored the tabs and content????

I have no idea which Add-on it could be, if in fact a Add-on issue or was the error addressed in today's second update?
FYI... Stylish, Chrome Edit and theme FT Deep Dark 9.2.1 were the last Add-ons i installed 3 or 4 days ago.
Chrome Edit is the only one I'm not using, but was still enabled and the only one of these 3 I disabled before restarting.

I have 3 windows, main (fist in session) has 3 tab groups, second (this) windows 7 tabs and 3rd window 3 tabs, one of which is actual "New Tab". 
I've Quite FF (Nightly) and Started choosing Restore Previous Session.
and I've used my Restart FF button (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/restart-ff-button/) to emulate an 'Update' Restart.

In both cases, All 3 windows restore and All Tabs are restored with Navigation History.
