Not blocking v1.1HD, no new perf requirements. Looking for improvements in future releases.

Hi Kai-Zhen Li:
I try to fix this bug myself, but I need some help.
I trace to the issue, and find that
the commit id
gaia:8059864bd278645ab5d2598b5ed595154136c253
gecko:0265cd51b4dc64ca100353482ada2025df6f5f53
has this problem,
but the commit id
gaia:c0ea0a4943dc8d3751b07f5b5c5d3abe06364a14
gecko:170f9e477571127cd40997fa2abe262ed43f0e4d
do not have this problem.
Can you tell me what changed between this two versions about the ota or give me some suggestion?
Thanks.

I checked, update service is not changed between these two commits.
But there is a little change in setting app of gaia.
I suggest you to compare the changes in setting app and follow the related bug.

Hi Kai-Zhen Li:
I replace the settings app by the latter version and test it, and find that the state is still normal. So it is no matter about the setting's change.
I try to analyze all the changed file in gecko and it seems that there are no change associated with the fota.
Can you give me some other suggestion?
Thanks!

I think you can try to narrow down the scope.
Base on the system image which do not have this problem,
try to flash "gecko only" OR "gaia only" of different commit.
If it is caused only by gecko or gaia,
then try to find out the changes between two commits of gecko or gaia.

Resolving as WONTFIX since many performance updates have been made since 1.1 and upgrading is the best path forward here.
