I believe we have typesets up to 17 in size or so in these tests.

I will probably just backout. It's unfortunate, since that will give us more recompiles. Like suggested in comment 11, there is probably need for a DOM (sub) type. That way we can still do the DOM optimizations even when lowering the number tracked types...
