This is a follow-up to bug 852608, which does not support displaying the context-menu option to add an OpenSearch engine for a page if the engine has been removed from Settings > Customize > Search settings while on that page. (A page reload after removing the engine will display the option to add the search engine as expected.) This is also for desktop parity.
