steps to reproduce: 1. Start the inapp application with the phone language set to German. 2. Enter any pricepoint value. 3. Select pay. 4. Enter your pin. 5. Select buy expected behavior: The payment goes through any error messages should be displayed in German. observed behavior: The user receives an error message in English. The message reads "Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again"

Presumably this is Crow not Hanger. Since the phones are live, there's no need to worry about code names.
