How about nagios-plugins? The "hg.mozilla.org" makes "moz" redundant, and "build" makes "releng" redundant. If this contains more than just plugins, then nagios-tools is good.
And my question was if it should be broader than just nagios :) Historically, we haven't had a good story about where to keep stuff that is deployed via puppet. Nagios is one major example, but other miscellaneous scripts exist as well. /me will do a quick poll on this with the team, and then move it along late today
