93476 - Manage Profiles need to be re-entered to work properly

windows 2001-08-03-06-trunk
linux 2001-08-03-06-trunk
mac 2001-08-03-04-trunk

-Launch with Profile Manager
-Click on Rename Profile of Create Profile
the first time into the manager the pane is blank except for outlined buttons
-Exit and renter Rename Profile or Create Profile and the pane appears complete 
as expected.
Subsequent attempts to use the same manager function will work fine until quit.
-Relaunch and the behavior appears again.  Must again enter the function twice 
for it to look/work correctly.

This is an ugly problem.  I was just about to file a smoketest blocker until I
found this report and realized you could work around it by trying a second time. 

Blake, think you could take a look at this?
