Right, have moved all pages under Sheriffing/ and done some quick cleanup of content and links.

The primary landing page is now:
* https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/TBPL
(have ensured everything else is linked from here)

The locations for the other pages (and have cleaned them up a bit) are:
* https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/TBPL/DeveloperDocs
* https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/TBPL/ArchitectureAndDependencies
* https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/TBPL
* https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/websites/tbpl.mozilla.org

These two:
* https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=Sheriffing/TBPL/TransitionPlan
* https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=Sheriffing/TBPL/FuturePlans
...now redirect to the Treeherder page (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Treeherder).

Whilst I was there, I also moved https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/Sheriff_Duty and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/Sheriff_Duty/PendingCheckins under Sheriffing/ .

I've updated the TBPL readme and help link for the page moves:
https://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/tbpl/rev/7d07fcbfcd4c
https://hg.mozilla.org/webtools/tbpl/rev/7d643caae9e6

Think this should do it for now :-)
