Shows titlebar problem after session restore.
Session restore sometimes screws up the window titlebar by drawing a full-height titlebar and then a second row for the Firefox menu that should be incorporated into the titlebar. Please see the attached image for an example.
This problem only occurs to some restored windows.
Aside: There seems to be a race condition in session restore. The windows aren't always drawn properly and sometimes page content isn't rendered at all. I'll file another bug for the second issue, but both feel like some kind of indeterminate threading issue.
