This second link when I have chat with woman from Microsoft on website I could send only 3 sentences and later I couldn't.Firefox not allow my send nothing.Firefox freeze.
And I tried again and was the same situation .
Bur Internet explore allow my normal make conversation with help woman desk.

I have seen hint from Firefox it was ( java script  )

I can't reproduce using the link in comment 0 on Firefox 28.0a1 (2013-11-13), win 7 x64.

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

Or on a new, empty profile:

Works for me on Win 8.1 64-bit, Nightly build from when the bug was filled (20131106030200) and latest Aurora (20131211004000).
I could access the "Pomóż nam określić opcje pomocy technicznej, wypełniając poniższy formularz." page and start a help desk conversation.

Based on this and on Comment 3, I'm marking this issue as RWFM.

Please reopen if it still occurs after trying to reproduce in safe mode and with a new profile (see Comment 3). Thank you

I was trying use this links after next day next update and work correct .But why you ask my about it 2 month after this issue.I forgotten about it.
