Description:
If user opens an email to view the body and then places email app in background and then opens a new email via Notifications, the new email is opened on top of the backgrounded email. This is observed when the user taps the back arrow when viewing the new email and is brought to the old email instead of to list view.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131106004004
2) Setup an email account via Email App with a non-manual sync period.
3) Open an email to view the body.
4) Navigate to Homescreen without closing Email App.
5) Send an email to the email that was setup.
6) When user receives the email notification drag down notifications.
7) Invoke the new Email.
8) Close the new email via the back arrow and observe.
Actual:
User is returned to original Email viewing the body of that email.
Expected:
User is brought to the list view of the folder.

What happens if the user hits the back button on the old email after step #8?

Then user is brought back to list view. So the layers appear as from top to bottom.
1. New Email
2. Old Email
3. List View
Tested on an Android device and the results were as expected.
1. New Email
2. List View

Okay - that's a minor issue then. Easy for the user to work around this.
