Gaia-ui-tests were accidentally disabled on mozilla-b2g26 as part of hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/rev/6664d1b8e448; we should re-enable them.

Sorry about that.
This will also turn on b2g desktop mochitests there, but according to Andrew Overholt, we want to do this anyway. The mochitest job will likely fail, so I'll likely have to hide it and uplift some patches to green it up.
