With a crontabber_log exposed in the middleware we can make an admin UI thing for seeing the latest and greatest from the crontabber log. Adding "questionable" dependency on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=932064, which adds a "duration" field because otherwise we'll have to later update this middleware when the duration field is available.
The only person who needs to debug this is me, really. I'm happy to go straight to the psql source and poke around. It's too much effort to expose this as a web API endpoint. Not worth it.
