Steps to reproduce:

* Description:
    This is a performance issue. 
    When user enter dial pad at first time, it takes 680 milliseconds.

* Precondition:
  N/A

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Power on the Helix phone.
  2. Select "Phone" in the homescreen.

* Expected result:
  Messages come out in 400 milliseconds.

* Actual result:
  Messages come out after 680 milliseconds.

* Reproduction build:( V1.1.0 hd/2013-10-18)

* Analyze:
  When user select "Phone" at first time, B2G show 3 screens from dialscreen-1 thought dialscreen-3. But if user enter "Messages" again, B2G show dialscreen-3 immediately.

* Question:
  Could we do something to make the dial pad show faster?

There is some limit of my network and I can't submit the pictures now.

dialscreen-2.png is black background of dialer.
dialscreen-3.png is grey background of dialer.

It's a mistake. All the "Messages" should be "Dialer".

* Expected result:
  Dialer come out in 400 milliseconds.

  Dialer come out after 680 milliseconds.

Resolving as WONTFIX since many performance updates have been made since 1.1 and upgrading is the best path forward here.
