Steps to reproduce:

* Description:
    This is a performance issue. 
    When user enter Browser at first time, it takes 700 milliseconds.

* Precondition:
  N/A

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Power on the Helix phone.
  2. Select "Firefox Browser" in the homescreen.

* Expected result:
  Messages come out in 400 milliseconds.

* Actual result:
  Messages come out after 700 milliseconds.

* Reproduction build:( V1.1.0 hd/2013-10-18)

* Analyze:
  We measure the time from user select firefox browser, to the empty home page complete loading.

* Question:
  Could we do something to make the browser show faster?

Resolving as WONTFIX since many performance updates have been made since 1.1 and upgrading is the best path forward here.
