Steps to reproduce:
Hit ctrl + F on any webpage and do a search. Switch to Responsive Design View (320x480).
Actual results:
The search bar doesn't respond to the new width of the viewable area.
Expected results:
The search bar should respond to the new width of the viewable area. Or at least be hidden behind the outer bounds of the viewable area.

I know this bug is older, but I just moved bug 1153476 to the correct component.
