Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open url[1] http://fff.cmiscm.com/#!/section/wipertypo
2. Copy url[2] http://fff.cmiscm.com/#!/section/universe to Clipboard
3. Right click on LocationBar and Choose "Paste & Go"
Actual Results:
No thing happens
Expected Results:
url[2] should be open in the same tab
