93677 - outgoing mail not saved if email server fails

This is more of an enhancement request. My build will
not save email to the Drafts folder if the remote
POP server fails; Moz never times out if the send
fails. Could be just a Mac build problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose email to a crippled (non-existent?) pop server
2. Send and wait.
3. Quit Moz from the Finder in frustration and compose again.
4. Repeat until server is alive or you are dead.

Actual Results:  I never reached Step 4. Not yet anyway.

Expected Results:  Prompted to save email in Drafts folder, or copied
email to an "outbox" beforehand.
