loading of bmo is very slow from china due to the google fonts (75 seconds).
it may be worth copying these files from fonts.googleapi.com to bugzilla.mozilla.org.

TIL; I mistakenly assumed that since we only requested 'Open Sans' in the font-family: for body {} then the others were extra and not needed but now I realize they are actually still needed for rendering bold type, etc.
