Bug 907013 would introduce LayoutManager in system app.
Now in gaia we usually only have one app at foreground at one time,
but in larger device it's possible to have more than one window at fg.

The right way to me is let LayoutManager decides where to render the AppWindow and let AppWindow to requestrender to LayoutManager.
