1. restart device or kill all process
2. Go to Gallery and Preview a picture
3. Click Share button => "Bluetooth Transfer"
[issue] Nothing happens.
4. send Gallery to backend and then bring it to frontend
5. Repeat step 3, Bluetooth is open.
