The "This connection is untrusted page is not localized" page is not localized. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131112004004
2)  Set the language on the device to Portuguese.
3)  Turn off the data and WiFi connection.
3)  Tap on the "Browser" icon.
4)  Go the the URL www.google.com

Actual:
The "problem loading page" string is truncated in the URL bar.

Expected:
"Problem loading page" is not truncated in the URL bar.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
