Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801 BuildID: 2001080110 The sroll box in the scroll bar of the location bar drop down doesn't behave like other scroll bars. When the user clicks on the top of the scroll box and drags it down, the list doesn't scroll until the mouse cursor moves to the bottom of the scroll box, or sometimes scrolling won't begin until the mouse is below the window altogether. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Have enough items in the location bar dropdown window so that it is necessary to scroll to see items at the bottom 2. Display the location bar dropdown window by clicking on the down arrow 3. Click-and-hold on the top of the scroll box. 4. Drag the mouse downward to scroll the list Actual Results: The list doesn't start scrolling until the mouse cursor falls over the bottom part of the scroll box, or sometimes below the window altogether. Expected Results: The list should start scrolling immediately when the mouse is moved downwards.
