Details

The view cookie window (Preferences/Privacy and Security/View Stored Cookies) appears with its titlebar and part of the tabs offscreen or under the menubar, making it impossible to move the window, and impossible to read the tab titles. Also, the esc and return/enter keys do not function in this dialog until I have clicked in a text field.
Confirming issue in the Aug 4 build.
