When no translation exists, add a text to tell this in the Language menu

Details |
The language menu lists the existing translation and add a link to offer to Add a translation.
When no translation exist yet, there is only the Add a translation entry. This looks a bit odd.
We should add, in this case, a non-clickable entry, in italics that says "No translation does exists" or similar, between "LANGUAGES" and "Add a translation".
