"File could not be received" string is truncated in the notification drop down when sending files via Bluetooth while device language is set to Portuguese.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131112004004
2) Setup bluetooth on Buri device and second Bluetooth capable device 
3) Pair up the two devices using Bluetooth
4) Send file from second device to Buri device
5) While file is being transferred, cancel the transfer 
6) Check the notification on the Buri device

Actual:
"File could not be received" string is truncated

Expected:
"File could not be received" string is displayed in its entirety
