Device language is set to Macedonian. In the messaging app, the user can choose to delete previously sent texts. The title for the 'Edit Message' page is truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131112004004
2) Send some text messages. (Cannot edit messages without sending some first)
3) Set Device language to Macedonian.
4) Restart device.
5) Launch Messaging app.
6) Tap on a conversation to view the entire conversation history.
7) Tap on the 'Edit Message' button in the upper right corner of the screen. (Three vertical dots and a checkmark)
8) Observe Title.

Actual:
Title is truncated in Macedonian.

Expected:
Title is not truncated.
