Description:
In Macedonian, when entering into "A-GPS Settings" menu under the "Cellular & Data" menu, the header is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131114004004
2) Change a language to Macedonian
3) Open "Settings" from the home screen
4) Navigate into "Cellular % Data" menu
5) Navigate into the "A-GPS Settings" option
6) Observe the header 

Actual:
"A-GPS Settings" header is truncated

Expected:
The header is displayed fully
