Details

The term AppWindow seems too edge for app only. We need a more general class for all windows, and replace current AppWindow.

Proposal: Move all functions relevant to manifest parsing/fetching/getting to ManifestAdapter and let BaseWindow install the ManifestAdapter to become 'AppWindow' or not.
